      Greetings, We are truly sorry for the experience you went through. We would also like to thank you for your time and efforts in writing us this report. After looking over the screenshots that you have provided, we absolutely agree that this player has violated our chat rules. As a result, the player you have reported will be penalized.  By using the command "/Ignore PlayerName", you may keep the player out of your way and continue playing calmly without encountering any problems or having private conversations with them.  We are doing our best to keep our community free of such childish and improper behavior. Your report has helped us go a step forward towards this objective. Best Regards,

      Description & Evidence: HI I am A new player on firestorm I recently joined the server after coming from retail... and I won a arena versus a person and he randomly messaged me to kill myself and my family... I had no conversation with this person he just randomly messaged me this I don't think this behavior is okay many children and teenagers commit suicide after stuff like this because of internet trolls something must be done about this thank you.   Https://imgur.com/a/aukyHuoS
