Hello,
I am not asking for punishment or anything. I was recommended to write here. I saw in the forums a report(
) and I was confused since it does not fit with the rules and still got not punished or anything without am understandable reason. I opened a topic about that which got deleted and 2 of them got closed. I was actually asking to say me a understandable reason why these people did not get punished since they used a bug to take advantage. I was a little bit angry and opened that topic (
) to let people know that using a bug to take personal advantage will not get punished if it is a server side bug like head game master Fenrisulfr said. He wrote (first link) that people will not get punished for using/taking advantage of a server side bug. Under my topic executive game master Otacon wrote that using bugs in any ways will get punished. Now like u can see there is an issue. Both are in your team and both are writing different things. I asked via a forum topic, in game ticket and on the discord support channel to get a clear answer but I never got one because no one wants to talk with me about that case. No one can give me a clear answer or is even trying to. This is confusing. I agree with Otacon that using bugs in any ways to get an advantage should get punished but the people who got reported did not get punished without any reason. My first topic about why is something like that happening got deleted and I still don't know why. For me it is looking like that one of your team took a personal advantage for him or for his friends and trying to make me shut up. I will stay calm and say nothing if anyone can give me an understandable reason why something like that is happening. I hope I was able to point out my problem here. And I hope I am here now. It is not nice to just ignore something like that and to just ignore me.
Maybe just to mention. Since I got no answer about that i stopped playing. I was always happy to play here at firestorm and had a gr8 time but I don't think that giving people why using bugs (exploiting) and letting them do so without giving any statement (not even in the forum) will sent a good message to the player base. I am thinking to maybe switch the server if I don't get at least here a statement for that kind of issue and take all my friends with me. But I hope that will not be the case since firestorm is still a good server. Many people wrote with me and are angry about the actual situation as well. At least Fenrisulfr could have giving me a normal answer instead of just ignoring the conversation about that topic in the discord support channel. We wrote a short moment and then I did not get an answer while a few active people there said as well that what the players did there was not ok. I guess you can see that I am a little bit angry and I am sorry for the chaotic text. I hope I will get an answer at least and will not get ignored like the other 100 times I tried to get an answer for the last 2 weeks.
I forgot to mention that I wrote to Otacon a message too (here in the forum) but he did not read it. But I don't know if I am allowed to write him but I was thinking that it will be ok since he closed one of my topic.
