Your Firestorm account use a mail like hotmail or outlook, thoses are not able to receive any mail from firestorm that why we don't allow them, to merge your account you first need to change your firestorm email adress to an allowed mail provider.

The merge is blocked because you won't be able to receive the mail to finish the merge.

After try to punish toxic behavior the result are simple; people report everything, like "idiot" or any "fuck" etc, so we decide the best thing to do is like is done in retail, ignore the player use the bad word filter, if the player have a racist behavior report him on our forums.
