Since my laptop died, I have no way of logging the game or even checking the tracker that often. But as soon as I get home, I'll make sure to have a thorough look at it.

The Mid-Season Catch Up system is actually a real thing on retail, and I think implementing a system like this in the future would be a great idea. Riyami is right, after you miss out on a certain amount of weeks of capping, the gear difference is immense. Not only pushing rating, but even capping can become quite difficult. Personally, I'd love to see this system implemented on Firestorm someday, and I believe a lot of people would agree on this. If you've completed all of the quests in the Death Knight starter area, you should have Death Gate in your spell book. But if you've done the quests and you still don't have it, then do as Hypnos said, and open a ticket.
