Hello Karnion, I'm sad to disappoint you, but I'm not the Class Master for rogues. I simply play all classes. If we will find bugs regarding the rogue class, we'll simply fix them. Same goes for not blizz-like dmg outputs. As for now, your Input has been noticed and I wish you a nice day.

Switch your off-Hand weapon to your mainhand and transmog the same artifact Skin onto it. Now switch the weapon back into the offhand and you have both transmogged.
