where is this npc exactly ? i ve been trying to get my transmog right on my priest but i have so few wands and off hands for it and it seems this npc would help a lot. so where can i find this one? ty

Title: Firestorm points to Silver points Type: Shop Description:  Hello! i think it would be awesome if we could have some way in transferring some Firestorm points in Silver Points. For example i have 20 Firstorm points and 286 Silver points and it would take 2 days to get to 300 silver so i can transfer another character to legion. Since i can't do much with 20 Firestorm points it would be awesome to allow us to trade then form Silver points! Sorry for grammar!
