    Hi. I try to farm Silvermoon heritage armor. Today i get to exalted reputation but when I try to buy from quartermaster in silvermoon any items, it´s locked. Anyone have same problem?

    full geared arms warr 469 000 hp. "Second wind - whenever you are below 35% health, you regenerate 3% health per second" 3% from 469 000 is 14 070 health per second. But in combat healed just 7000 health per second. What is it? Its not a bug?
