    After taking a good look at your report I've decided to deem it as valid. The player(s) has broken the following rule:


    Harassment towards a Player or Staff Member: Any harassment towards a player or staff member will not be tolerated. Harassment is a form of unwanted physical or verbal behavior that offends someone or humiliates them.
    Punishments:
    First offense: Warning.
    Second offense: 7 days account suspension.
    Third offense: 15 days account suspension. (In really severe cases, ban can reach permanent account suspension).

    After reviewing your player report, we have decided to deem it invalid.
    Please use the in-game /ignore feature in order to automatically block all communication between you and the reported player.
    If the accused player tries to bypass your ignore and continues to insult you (via new characters, or other methods), then please take evidence and submit a new report in order for the situation to be handled accordingly.

    After taking a look at your report I have noticed that the evidence you provided us is cropped so it cannot be accepted.

    Please give us the full unedited screenshot / evidence allowing us to deem your report properly.

    It has to be done in the next 24 hours otherwise it will be flagged as "Invalid".

    After taking a look into your report, I've come to the conclusion to deem it as Valid. The player will be dealt with according to our rule(s):

    Trying to take advantage of any fake friendship with a staff member: Telling a player or staff member that you are a "Friend" of any other team members for whatever reason.
    Punishments:
    First Offense: 3 days account suspension.
    Second Offense: Permanent account suspension. (Extreme cases).

    Arena Win-Trading: Arranged arena battles in order to gain conquest points or such.

    Punishments:
    First Offense: 15 days account suspension for every member of the team and reset of all progress.
    Second Offense: 30 days account suspension for every member of the team and reset of all progress.
    Third Offense: Permanent account suspension for every member of the team and reset of all progress.

    Cross-Faction Healing Resurrecting: Healing or resurrecting a player from your opposite faction that isn't in front of a raid, dungeon or sanctuary.

    Punishments:
    First Offense: 2 days account suspension.
    Second Offense: 7 days account suspension.
    Third Offense: 15 days account suspension.
    Fourth offense: 30 days account suspension.
    Note #1: Cross Faction healing/resurrecting is not bannable near a raid/dungeon entrance.
    Note #2: The player that is receiving heal will be punished as well if there is a proof of it.

    Erotic and Pornographic material: Any kind of erotic or pornographic material, such pornographic comments, links to pornographic websites and images and such should also be avoided whether you're joking or not.

    Punishment: Mute to 15 days account suspension. (In really severe cases, ban can reach permanent account suspension)

    Greetings @iDennden!

     Create an in-game ticket (Esc>help>create a ticket) and a Game Master will help you fix the issue.

    You can also try and sign up for arena Skirmish or using the character unstuck tool on the Firestorm Website as it will remove your auras, but it does not always work for some auras.

    Hey there, @imadgoku!

    Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and the player is indeed wintrading. However, I have already punished Velikimac AND Awdswda for this offence in-game and we will not issue another suspension for the same thing twice. Your report will be closed and moved to Invalid.
