People, I have next problem: Whenever I want to try to tmog myself, enchant illusions are not showing. I can see other's glowing weapons, but not mine. Whenever I create a new character and apply illusions, they working. Firestorm is not update my old characters well. I can feel it by low ressistance, low damage, gear no matter.. Can anyone help me? or just ignoring this, all the time.. thanks in forward.

Title: NOT WELL UPDATED OLD CHARACTERS Type: In-game Description:  Oribos (Realm) Niar (Character) and all of mine old characters Night Elf Level 60 Well, Game masters or whatever you are.. can you help me? I report this problem many, many times and you just ignoring the problem. I have serious problem with my characters. When my characters are moved from BFA to Shadowlands, they weren't updated well. Only level, items and that's it. I have illusions (Enchant) for weapon, they don't working. I can't see this on myself but can see on other people. When I create new character and xmog my illusion enchant on weapon, they are glowing. This is it.. you are NOT update my characters (old) This is the situation, everytime the same.. low hp, low damage, ressistance, nothing working well.. can you update my account, the ENTIRE account and characters? This is unplayable.. many of people have this problem. Thank you a lot in forward, please don't ignore this, this time.

Dear Firestorm! I'm worried about some important thing in this server. Each expansion you've miss one great problem.. The problem with the '' PvP '' Text.. let me explain and be cleary.. '' HK: (Private, Marshal, Grand Marshal, Stone Guard, etc, etc, etc, etc..) '' There's NO PvP Message, please.. CAN YOU ADD IT? PvP don't have same feeling without it.. Sorry but.. I'm stuck'd on 90% and I can't go forward.. I really don't know what's the problem.. I disable my Firewall/Defender, everything can harm my connection but.. It's still the same.. I don't have an idea what's that.. can anybody help me? please..
