Hello @Waerk, if one of your characters has been deleted you can restore it in Firestorm Shop → choose realm → and in menu select Character deleted. There you can choose which character you want to restore. If it was not you who deleted that character I would suggest you to use two factor authentication which can be enabled in Accout information section in account profile. Also, if you share your account with somebody, you should stop doing it in case of account theft. I would also recommend you to change your account password. If you will have same issue in the future please post it to correct section on forums, because this is suggestions section only. Kind regards, @Tigd

Hello @danininja69, it looks like your internet connection cannot achieve server-side files which need to be downloaded to start WoW. I would recommend to reset your router (plug off from electricity and after ~30 seconds plug it back). And also be sure that your WoW folder with Cataclysm is NOT in C:\Program Files\ where files cannot be written without administrator rights. Minimal client have just necessary files in it, you will need to be patient. Additional files will be downloaded in background then WoW should start up after while (based on internet connection). Hello @OldManBob, please check this guide on Wowhead, where are listed all intro quests for Nazjatar, you can open any quest and check who and where is quest giver located. Probably then you will be able find quest with which you can continue Nazjatar questline. Kind regards, @Tigd

Title: Legion → BfA Character Copy Type: Shop Description:  Hello, I know there were a lot of posts about this but it seems like one year passed away and there is still no option to copy character from Sylvanas (Legion) realm to Sethraliss (Battle for Azeroth). Hello @ramazanyikici, when it downloads basic files WoW can start up in minutes/hours (based on your internet connection) because it needs to download data files which are larger than minimal client required to start WoW. When you click play and select region. Then after some time you should see this window: Window will appear when almost all important files are downloaded before that you can just check Wow.exe which is running in background, in Task Manager and it is using network to download files required.
