    Well nobody knows except the developers because it's all dependant on when BRF heroic get scripted and HFC gets started because PvE and PvP have to have a equal obtainable gear for example the new season PvP gear is 700-730 (not a pvper) but the maximum you can currently obtain from PvE is 670-680 so I believe when tanaan jungle or HFC starts getting scripted.
