Greetings. First of all, Anariss if a class is unbalanced it is a topic that should be taken to the bug tracker so that they can have a look at what makes the class unbalanced. Regarding the invisibility issue, we will take this into consideration as it is possible that it could be caused by visual delay. As most of you can understand that we need to make a call and state whether a report is invalid or valid by the evidence that is provided to us, although this might look easy to many of you, it isn’t all that simple and easy than it looks. We get feedback no matter what we decide, if it is valid like right now we get feedback that we missed something, that we should look at it once again, and we do that, but also when we deem the report invalid we get feedback that the Game Masters of Firestorm isn’t enforcing the rules as they should. But we don’t base our decisions off the feedback that we would receive after the report and decision has been made, no we base it off what little evidence we sometimes receive. As Drsandwich already mentioned above that you should open a report on the Bug tracker So that the Development Team can have a look at the bug and fix it as soon as possible, the suggestion thread is for players to open suggestions on how to improve Firestorm, as well as where improvements/ adjustments should be made. Greetings Kelli. Like Hakanak mentioned above, this is a very difficult situation for us as we can't see or proof what you have looted before the server crashes. I also know that this could be a hard thing to prevent as most of us doesn't know when the server is going to crash, with announced restarts we are able to log out a few minutes before the server gets restarted but when the server just crashes/disconnects it is to hard.
