    Okay so, this might be off-topic a little bit, since I don't know where to post. But let me start. So, my cousin invited me to play on this server, he said, everytime you create an account, it's insta level 100. However, when I create an account, it's not 100. I also saw my cousin creating an account, and it was instantly 100. So, am I experiencing bugs or something?
