  1. back from playing cat form on other private servers and it's official - firestorm are failing the spec. (low overall damage and ultra low aoe) I'll come back now and then see if firestorm intends to finally address this major issue. won't stop until it's fixed.
  2. RedzRull is right. I'm not a FOTM sheep. I play for fun. Anyone can be a good feral; but it takes exceptional skills to be great. That's why IMO everything feels meh. TBH since TBC feral have never been buffed to top dps charts. First we were utility specs, then the DEVS gave us a little love so we could compete. So I'm used to a gimped dps. And it makes it even sweeter to beat pure dps specs this way playing a complex class with loads of positioning requirements ! But here on Firestorm it's just effing criminal.... Feral output is so low!... it's just ridiculous. Wearing a 4 set bonus my AOE gets out dps'd by a warrior wearing blues and greenies... It'll take DEVS 15 mins tops to gear a test char and see for themselves ! But OFC they won't invest in that aspect of the game.... Makes me vomit thinking of the loyalty I gave this server...

  4. I'd hate it. It would shrink the dimension of this universe. it's nice to have to travel and plot your course / manage your time.
  5. Title: Feral druid - NOT Guardian! Type: In-game Description: I suggest you take this very seriously and not as just another class drama. Feral druid AOE is non-existent. All you need gear a BIS one (best in slot) using the best heroic gear the game offers - and pit it against an Ungemmed, NON enchanted, Random stats, Timeless Island ANY item level 496 other class. Then at last SEE for YOURSELVES. Faling to invest a miserable 15 minutes to do that test would be a great shame. Else I've ran out of ideas to ellicit a response or even remote interest from the devs. Please help.
  6. I do more AOE damage wearing non gemmed / non enchanted / random stats 496 timeless Island on my arms warrior, than I do on my 553 x4 set bonus with x2 heroic pieces feral druid. That's why I am bumping my own post in the hope that the Firestorm entity is able to appreciate that class balance is just as important a pre requisite, as loot boxes for this game to survive.
  7. How many feral druids do you see in raids? NONE. That sums up perfectly how behind and beyond broken the feral spec is. And NO. Contrary to a previous post by a dev, it is far from fixed. I have patiently waited until I got the 553 4 set bonus with a couple of heroic pieces before posting here. At equal or superior gear ilvl: - single target: feral consistently performs marginally less - but considering teh class has never been a pure dps class, I could live with this lacking small damage output anomaly; - aoe: feral is below poor - I won't even elaborate. you MUST try and see yourselves. - switching targets: starved af, regen bugged. (Also Omen of Clarity is bugged and consumes energy.) I sure hope devs can have a serious good look into the spec Cheers naeth
  8. No friends, it is far from fixed. imo the best testimony is simply see how FEW play the spec here - haven't seen ONE apart from myself in raids. (loads of guardians doing fine though...) I have patiently waited until I get the ilvl553 4 set bonus with a couple of heroic pieces before posting here. here is my low down. - single target: on firestorm garrosh server, feral is more or less where it's always been - can do great in the hands of a very skilled player, or very decent in the hands of a decent one... (albeit marginally less here) - aoe: on firestorm garrosh server, feral is below poor - I won't even elaborate. you MUST try and see yourselves. sure hope you guys have a serious good look into the spec some of us love to play. cheers naeth ps. not theory crafting savvy but I'm willing to contribute the best I can.

  10. 'They Took Our Men' the K3 ONLY chain quest leading to Sons of Hodir can't be completed - it's impossible to open the cages and free prisoners. Obviously a HUGE let down since this is not just one of WotLK story line but a true epic saga. I can appreciate the real quality effort overall and I silently skipped plenty of content due to lack of scripting / coding. But this one is too major to ignore. Hope you can fix it pronto.
