Survivor's Bag of Coins items should be able to get in MoP 5.4.8 garrosh for rogues only but you cant get the item because the monster is spawned and friendly and when you talk with the monster it doesnt have a " Im your master option please fixx thanks you http://www.wowhead.com/item=94154/survivors-bag-of-coins
