I disagree with ALT-Code names, for various reasons. It's too easy to get around certain filters using such codes, you can easily abuse the ALT-Codes for malicious activities, and even avoid certain situations of punishment (Rare occurances). Though, this is just my opinion.

What type of suggestion?: Addition to starting area for Pandarens. What does it do?: Adds the option to skip the Pandaren beginning area, with a Horde and Alliance portal that when chosen will make you that faction. (Which should 100% Be possible by enabling the portal to trigger the ending area quests). Why should it be added?: It seems that the other races such as Goblin, Worgen, and DK starting area's have skips. Link to item/addition: N/A Additional Notes: If I'm understanding correctly, (at least in my opinion)- The reason why this hasn't been done yet is because of the problem with the ending quests of the area? Which is completely possible to counteract as stated in my "What does it do?" above. -- The specifics behind it, are not as easily done as are said though, of course. I still think that this would be a great addition, and in-following terms of chronological doings to other areas needed.

It's a little hard to understand what you are asking. The sub-forums are there for organization, at least as far as I can tell. Having these sub-forums makes it easier for the staff, rather than having no sub-forums and just have tags, where you would have to go through several hundreds of pages to find a single post, with it divided, it's much easier and more efficient. Ive suggested a template for this specific forum, and I am hoping that it will get accepted as it will help greatly. Unfortunately you can only hold so much characters in a forum title and I'm sure that having a long title would not be very easy to deal with as it would most likely be cut off, and would make the job of the staff that much more difficult. I cant ant support this, without fully understanding what you are trying to suggest here, though I've added in my opinions of the things that might be hinted at what you are suggesting.

Additional notes: It could be something like I did above, I'm making this suggestion, because I own a Garry's mod server and we also have a suggestions section. It made it 100% more bareable and easier to efficiently go through them, so that we could see concisely what they are wanting to add.
