If you are doing 50k with that item level you are doing something wrong ,buddy. I have a 825 marksmanship hunter too and I am pulling about 125k dps average. As Dr.Sandwich said switch to BM or Survival. Survival is top dps spec among hunters atm but it needs lots of practice and timing. Beast Mastery is not that good, even bugged MM beats BM most of the time.

You could immediately leave arena as soon as you realize that u are invisible/untargetable. And contact a GM until this issue get solved maybe. You won't gonna die if you skip a few hours of gameplay. But even if you realized and kept abusing it, I am sorry my friend but punishment is appropriate.

I am afraid they won't be able to compansate this because it is caused by server crash. It sounds crazy but you can be sure that there are too many people lost many items along with those crashes. Plus server doesn't hold a log about what you looted or not and it is almost impossible to prove that item dropped to you. Good luck next time, buddy.
