I managed to get through the grim guzzler encounter last night by giving Rocknot ale 3 times and he walked around for half a minute and "opened" the door to progress. However when I got to the Lyceum there was no Flamekeeper spawn and i was not able to progress any further. Upper blackrock spire has somekind of a yellow barrier when I entered the dungeon and that blocks any progress. ICC - managed to complete it despite a bugged green dragon encounter that required either HS or suicide by height to fix a combat lock in order to get to arthas but aside from that encounter and the gunship battle the other bosses are working as intended.
