  1. What? The fact that this server exists with its Legion realm even if bugged already violates the ToS. Fixing the old content or not, Blizz can take it down either way. The only question is, why didn't they? Maybe popularity or the server (where the realms are stored and operating from) location, can't know for sure.
  2. That's working as designed. You have to kill an add that spawns before it and interact with an orb it drops upon death. It gives you an ability that stops Power Overwhelming.

  4. Alright, here it goes then Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: Grove Tenders apply a "Shrink" debuff on players, but it doesn't shrink. Upon expiration it still does the compensating effect and enlarges the player. This can be stacked however much you want. What should happen on retail: The "Shrink" debuff is supposed to shrink the player model then enlarge it to its normal size upon expiration. Screenshot, video record or anything else that might bring more details on your report. Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: on High Botanist Tel'arn "Parasitic Fetter" effect isn't removed after the debuff itself is removed. Relogging doesn't fix it either. Only death. What should happen on retail: "Parasitic Fetter" is a DoT effect that should be dispelled, unrooting the player and spawning 2 adds. Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: on High Botanist Tel'arn the explosion animation on "Solar Collapse" is absent What should happen on retail: When "Solar Collapse" is happening, every swirling cloud has an exploding animation before disappearing. Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: on the way to Elisande the portal that should be able to port you back down or to Gul'Dan has both options not working and in Russian. Chronomatic Anomaly: Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: Chronomatic Anomaly locks in it's Power Overwhelming cast stage, since the orb that gives the ability to stop him is not interactable What should happen on retail: The orb spawned from Waning Timeparticle should be interactable and give an ability that can interrupt Power Overwhelming Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: The Nightwell isn't dispencing any damaging orbs. What should happen on retail: The Nightwell should periodically spawn 2 waves of orbs that should deal damage, but can be avoided through the gaps between them. Raid difficulty: Normal How to reproduce the issue: What happened: The boss might possibly not be able to cast its time warping ability. E. g. fast or slow time flows, which speed ups or slow downs everything, including debuffs, cast times and attacks. What should happen on retail: The boss randomly chooses to alter the time flow and change speed of debuffs, cast times and attacks, which affects the way the fight goes. The only video I can provide is the Fatboss guide to Normal and Heroic fights: So far this is the only information I can provide on this boss, since any other possible mechanics from him couldn't be activated due to the first bug.
  7. From what you said earlier, I know that you're very reluctant on switching patches, with rescripting things and all. Here I assume that you'll be waiting for patch 7.3.5. Does that mean we're going to get level scaling in all zones? And on another note, I have been wondering how does SmartAI and quest scripting work? SmartAI involves databases, but how does it distinguish values to convert them into actions that would otherwise be coded with direct code? And do quests use SmartAI as well, or do they actually use C++ to describe requirements and conditions?

  9. Yes. Also the Tower quest doesn't give Honor like it should.

  11. Also, make sure your WoW folder isn't in the root folder (aka right on the disk itself). You can't easily remove Read-only rights if that's the case.
  12. They previously said that they'll have to flesh out all the zones for WQs for the Emissary Chests to be available.
  13. The WQ gear ilvl hasn't been raised on retail until 7.2. So it'll most likely remain 845 until 7.2 hits here.
  14. Poor survivability is because mana regen is lower than it's supposed to be. Low damage output is because of some passives not working. In Legion Enh is really proc dependent in any case.
  15. Enh looks so smooth now. No more buggy animations. (The Spectral Wolf Glyph still doesn't apply the Glow and Transparency effect though, so you can feel like a druid )
