Title: reset draenor quest chain

Hi!
i began with the draenor quest chain and then the last quest i did was i had to destroy 3 blood balls and escort an orc, after that i had to find kadgar over a bridge but he was nowhere to find,
so i abandoned the quest and i know i dont know how i can reaccept it and im stuck in the starting jungle and can only teleport to ashran and to my garrison in shadowmoonvalley, but for the quests there my gear is too low bcs i couldnt collect the gear from the questchain.
i hope you can reset the questchain where i was, if not it would be also no problem to do it from the beginning.
