Ok let's talk about the Sylvanas servers... They need bigger servers as the realm is so populated theres a constant problem of server latency... Everyone's connection seems to run as it should... The only problem is that your servers are too small for this heavy a population. So please consider a way to make the servers be able to prossess more players.

The realm seems to be down, how long will this last? and how will I be able to apply the update? through the launcher?

Well that's nice! I've managed to watch 2 movies and damn 1060... what's going on?
