  13. Greetings @koko99122, In order to unlock World Quests, you must complete the war campaign first (and have a friendly reputation with the main factions). Try deleting your "Cache" folder and restart WoW, if you're still unable to pick up any quests, I'd recommend submitting an in-game ticket instead, Game Masters will assist you from there.
