There is an issue with the macro system for @player commands and I have submitted a bug report, only for it to be immediately closed. Title: Jeanne (Loyalty Point) Locations in BFA Type: In-game Description:  The npc Jeanne that gives loyalty points is not in the new BFA locations at all. I think it would be nice if she was also in Boralus for alliance and Drazar'alor for the horde.
