Stop malding like that, your solution of temporary boosts for alliance are not appealing nor will make the horde consider switch sides, the server is horde dominant and it always has been, people already got their guilds, pvp mates, etc there, they will not change. Best solution would be cross faction to rdf and done, end of the story.
