not quite sure if this is the right place to give this 'suggestion' because its also kind of a complaint
to keep it factual, i'm not gonna but any names in here
like the title said, in the past few weeks, i've noticed bugtracker reports being closed by staff members (i presume) without really giving a fitting logical explanation
(e.g. "i tested on retail, it's not a bug" or "i tested it and it worked for me")
and more importantly, without giving a chance to reply and ask any followup questions
the only way to do that would be to open another report, which is just annoying (for everybody i guess)
or to write an ingame letter to the alt those staff members put in their profile, which is just plain weird
the whole issue is just frustrating, because it seems those staff members just get more annoyed by players who open new reports to continue discussing these bugs
and it becomes less and less about the actual bug that might still be there
