Hello, Is this happening on all characters or just ones is specific zones, if it's zones please unstuck them here - https://firestorm-servers.com/us/account/index If it's all your characters please close the game down and delete your cache, interface and wtf folder and relaunch the game as Administrator. Please then head over settings before logging in and make sure that are turned to recommend or lower and head over to network and make sure optimized for network speed is checked and try to load into the realm again.

Hello, I believe he spawns as that's where I did the achievement, however I am unsure on the spawn times but I think it may be 6-10 hours I spent the good half of a month checking in every now and then waiting for him to spawn to get the Camel mount >.< I wish you good luck.

Hello, Could you delete your cache, interface and wtf folder and relaunch the game from the wow.exe as Administrator. Before logging in head over to your setting and make sure they are set to optimal or lower and then head to network and ensure optimize network for speed i checked. Then reclose the game and right click the wow folder > click properties > uncheck read only and apply that to sub files and folders too (will be asked when you click apply) then reopen the game once more as an Administrator and try to login.

Hello, You can gain gear though the quest-lines then do some world quests after that. You will then be able to farm old zone mounts and rep mounts, world mounts ect (there are normally others there so it don't matter if you are solo :D) , unless you plan on remaining at level 112 and not going to 120 i'd not focus on getting gear just yet.
