      Firestorm International is looking for Game Masters for Sethraliss, Sylvanas, Garrosh and Gul'dan. We're currently looking for members from all regions that wish to join our staff team. Each Game Master will be providing assistance to players through Forums, Discord and In-game tickets. Remember that there are requirements for the position. By signing up for the position you will gain experience with working in a team, and much more.   3. Hello, I bought VIP about 4 days ago but I have yet to receive the promised benefits. A GM contacted me in game and directed me toward the shop support, and told me they will add the VIP benefits for me there. So i made a ticket there and "Inveric" keep deleting my messages without a reason. I have proof of payment, can someone please help me?   4. Hi there firestorm,wonder why im not getting the VIP since i paid with SMS from phone...It took my money buy i didnt recieved any code and the Shop Staff aint even responding on ticket....Start getting serious,it aint dam quest bug,its money...
  5. Considering that I cannot open a suggestion topic I am asking you dear moderator to send this suggestion as it is to the right Suggestion topic. Bought 1 week VIP. Got a few days only due to continuous dc. And these DC are documented in many topics. I know you dear GM answered to a player about this but untill now I DON'T see one single move towards compensating every VIP without our specific complaint. This attitude is bad. Compensation is a must give considering real money with invoice are involved. It is called client protection and is our right. So, it'll be normal to get the compensation in game time as VIP . Thanks
  6. Not sure what to say here guys, I am trying to support the community and once in a while buy things for my chars. (Sometimes things i don't REALLY need) I don's expect alot from a free server but i would like to get what i paid for, so i paid for a week of VIP time and all i get in essence is crashes at the time that i can play. Paid for a week and get maybe two full days out of 7. You should address that somehow guys. Regards, Frost
  7. Firestorm is one of the best WoW servers! And now you want to insert a VIP service? Why do you do something like that, all players who buy the are then completely preferred! I find this unfair to other players and would ask them to take it out! Best regards
