Explanation:

• Juggernaut-Increase mobility of the warrior and lower's the cd of charge to 12 seconds instead of every 20
• Second wind-Very useful in both pvp and pve mixed with bandages makes healing hell lot easier
• Staggering Shout-Causes all enemies within 20 yards that are snared to become rooted for 5 seconds,very useful in  immobilizing and kiting enemies. 
• Shockwave-Good thing for keeping enemy in  place,while some of teammates don't come to help you,also it's good for interupting healing spells and prevent enemies from running away
• Safeguard-Replaces Intervene and helps teammate especialy in arenas when he's  got focused and his at low hp,run toward teammate removing all movement imparing effects from warrior intercepting next melee or ranged attacked on teammate and reduce damage they take by 20%
• Avatar-Well i would rather go Avatar because warrior already got one cc spell and that's Shockwave,protection warrior rather need damage output so i would go for Avatar.
