Description: 

While the technical support forum has some of the most important parts needed to try and figure out what's going out, I would suggest adding the following fields (I am going to just write everything, including the ones that are already there, in order for them to be easily seen):

• Operating System:
• Computer specs (in case of lag, stutter, etc)
• Character Name:
• Error Info (If there is one):
• Description of problem:
• Screenshot:
• Traceroute to the login server of choice (It can be found in the WTF folder, in the .wtf fil): Example : tracert legion.logon.firestorm-servers.com
• Directx Diagnostic, in the case of video lags, stutter, random crashes (winKey+r -> dxdiag):
• Any active VPN/Proxy/Antivirus/Firewall (including Windows Defender if applicable):
• How the game was downloaded: (Site torrent, launcher, blizzard, other torrent, etc)
• Speedtest (in case of lags, random disconnects, etc - speedtest.net):

While not all of them might matter in every post, the more information we have, the better.
