Hello.

I noticed that in Legion Web Shop are items which don't require minimal level that means you can use ilvl 720+ item on level 1 and then you have big advantage against other players.

Items for example: http://www.wowhead.com/item=140709/destructive-spellstaff, http://www.wowhead.com/item=140700/staff-of-dual-convictions, http://www.wowhead.com/item=140695/staff-of-the-jade-mist, http://www.wowhead.com/item=140693/staff-of-inner-flame, http://www.wowhead.com/item=140701/staff-of-radiance, http://www.wowhead.com/item=140702/whispering-staff-of-the-void and more.

(You can see only ilvl 610 but these items are available in Mythic version, too.)

Please add minimal level required 100 for these items to avoid player reports and to not give unnecessary account suspensions.
