How to change forum avatar

As the title says, how can I change my forum avatar, character and expansion on the forum.

Navigate to the following link and select 'Change my current character'. Position your character and take the picture and it will be displayed as your avatar.

Done but why is it black like this?

for me its the same, doing as Alan said, only gives me the snapshot avatar on the website & account navigation, but in the forum it stays black

yes it surely did, thanks for the help man

I bet it is the same issue on Uncle Sam too, relogging on forum so it grabs the update of your pic
