Vanishing

How come does vanish not revoke any spell effect applied during the effect of said ability? I just thought I'd give it time, since I'd actually think people noticed it, but, obviously they haven't. So, here it is. It's just plain stupid you can't vanish coils, blinds, hojs, etc. etc..

Can we at least get a heads up this issue is known and is being worked on, or is it something you've put on the farthest shelf and forgot about for good? We demand justice!
