Who is the druid class master please ?

A quite simple bug (I don't know if it's hard to script though) for resto druids has been found and posted on tracker 2 months ago. On tracker it's still a "new report", we haven't had a single new about it. The real problem is, this bug makes the whole healing touch build useless. 
Abundance should count both Rejuvenations from the Germination talent separately. Or, it just simply doesn't, the Rejuv(Germination) isn't counted as a Rejuv for the Abundance talent.

Can we get at least an answer from the class master about that, even if it's to say it will take long ?
