Description: 

Since the Garrison-Inn doesn't work to recruit followers and create the perfect teams, I recommend the cost to retrain followers be reduced significantly.  There's a vendor in your garrison that sells items to save against invasions and retain follower traits + abilities.  The best retrain item costs 1000GR (garrison resources) and that's a steep cost.  On this server I'd like to see that cost brought down to 100GR and/or the overall gains of GR be increased such that a 1000GR investment is considered minor.
