Hey there
Since retail WoD, there has been an open slot in the garrison map that I'm guessing was supposed to be a small building plot.  See the attached image with red arrow pointing it out.  In that location you'll see a foundation for a building and random tools placed there.

Since this server could become the evolved form of WoD retail, I recommend this empty space be changed to a buildable plot.  I would make it a small building plot, but it could be medium or large as well based on the available surface area.  I doubt this is easily possible, but it would be cool to see this be a slot buildable for any building type.  That way we the player could decide whether it would be small/medium/large.
