Shaman Enhance Healing surge

First off, once you die in a BG as enhance shaman, you can no longer move and cast instant heals with 20+ malestorm, defeating the purpose almost. Second the heal is suppose to be moer then a 180k, on live shamans with around 860ilvl are healing 300k+ non crit with healing surge. Just something i noticed and would appreciate a fix. thanks
