Enhc Shaman bug

when you enter BG arena or even a duel your Stormbringer buggs out and stops working. It should add a charge (or 2 if u have the talent) of Stormstrike that costs 50% less Mealestorm and when u spend it u should have one normal charge but instead it just resets cooldown and nothing else somethimes even dosent doo that. So please fix asap
