My damage is ridiculously low (Enc-Shaman 885 ilvl)

Hello, recently I´ve been playing on Greymane and Sylvanas. I have a Enhancement Shaman on both servers - one with 855 item level and the other one on Sylvanas has 885 ilvl. Now I´m just gonna get right to the point. Compared to my shaman on Greymane, my 885 ilvl shaman´s DPS is stupid low. I can hardly hit 300k in raids, which is pretty pathetic if you ask me. I only have 20 traits unlocked on my 885 shaman, as well as only 2 honor talents unlocked, compared to my 855 Shaman who has somewhere above 30 traits and every honor talent unlocked. But still, what is the reason for my low DPS? When I´m in BG my shaman swings his 902 ilvl artifact weapons like wet noodles. It´s absurd. I am usually always somewhere around top 5 when it comes to DPS output and killing blows in BG with my 855 shaman, even against players with considerably higher ilvl than me, but with my 885 shaman I hardly make it to top 15. 

What am I doing wrong?
