Just an incongruity between the Forum and the GM Application.

On the [International] Game Master Recruitment Thread it say's that applications for Sylvanas realm is open, but once you're on the GM Application, you can see that there's no option for Sylvanas

Unfortunately it's just a visual bug displaying as "Open" we have currently closed recruitment for Sylvanas do to the high number of interest, please check back later for a possible open position.
