vengence Vengence DH AGRO BUGG

hey, just started playing vengeance fresh 110 and when im in my first dungeon I cant agro mobs or anything, everytime I try to use taunt or all my spells agro is still 0% and I don't know why tried changing spec, didn't worked, I can pass next to mobs and they just don't attack.
