draenor bug

hello everyone!, in your garssion at draenor you have a quest which called "my very own castle" which u need to collect 2000 garssion supplies and upgrade your town hall to level 3, and its cost 5000 gold. so i have collected the supplies and have 5000 gold but when i click on the button "upgrade" nothing happened, i just wanted to know if its a fixable bug or should i keep be disappointed of draenor bugs...
