How to stack Necrotic Strike

Since I haven't seen any topics that focus that subject, I've recently figure out that it's time to make a guide for Death Knights (Unholy) which seek knowledge or help in tame:

How to stack as much Necrotic Strikes as possible, this is working in PvE and PvP.

I've spent some hours to edit fully a guide (really quick)  that will help you 100% and works PERFECTLY on Firestorm's mop servers.
