Transfering caracters after Release of BFA ( not answered )

So,my question is,in the Q&A Live Stream ( I didn't watch it from  start to full finish ),however,Developers said that after the release,the caracters will automatically copy  all stats skins ,you know normal things..

My question is  : Will they be a possibility ( like to pay 100 silver points or smtn ) to delay this transfer since myself and lots of others did not complete everything ( like mythics,high raids,you know we wanna improve our caracter as much as possible,but time wasn't an ally.. ) And for instance,will there be an ' Update ' Where I keep upgrading my Legion caracter and press like Upgrade thingy to transfer any new items or achivements to B4A before playing there.It would basically be the 'update' button on caracters after the closed beta ends..

Sorry if the question was answered ,just asking..
