Hey, so i lost my characters on december 2018 ... i was writing to your admins.. and until now i didnt get anything  i was having like 4x +- 90lvl characters  ... i reinstalled pc.. and logged in. My char were gone . Can i have some answer like .. u cant do anything or u can do something pls  i dont really know what to do . Thanks for answering .
