Hello,

Recently, I've put forward a request to get my account migrated from MonsterWoW to Firestorm as I simply do not play server anymore. I've done this 3 times, the first time it had rejected by my own fault as I gave the wrong credentials however the following 2 times I gave correct credentials and even double checked myself however both times it had got rejected. I decided to raise this issue on discord first however no staff there offered any help. So i went on to message some mods directly regarding this (I messaged Effigy and Alan) and still haven't got a response back. I am hoping a mod sees this and gets back to me because I would really just like to migrate my account and if it isnt possible could just let me know?
