World Channel Rules

In this thread, you will find our rules specific to our World channel (world_en) and why players can get removed or receive sanctions from violations in it.
This post is meant to flesh out and provide examples of each rule provided under "Section VI - Channel Rules" of our Players Code of Conduct.
These rules and examples are meant as a guideline, our Staff members reserve the right to adjust the punishment depending on the severity and behavior/history of disruptive players.
Furthermore, disruptive and malicious behavior not falling under a specific rule in this post can also be moderated by our Staff members if it is deemed as not appropriate for our Server or Public channels.
Violating these rules in extreme cases can lead to a more severe punishment than is described below.

 

Drama, insulting, and disrespecting in World_en / Staff_en

• Examples: 
  • Any provocation towards players in world chat / staff chat.
  • Any insulting or disrespectful comments towards players and staff members.
  • Any violation of Section III - Common Courtesy and Social Rules.
• Punishments:
  • First Offense: A channel kick.
  • Second Offense: Mute to account suspension depending on the Players Code of Conduct.

 

English only in World_en / Staff_en

 

• Examples: 
  • Any other language other than English in world chat or staff chat is forbidden. If you wish to talk another language with another player, use alternative methods, such as whisper, private messages etc.
  • Any use of gibberish.

• Punishments:
  • First Offense: A channel kick.
  • Second Offense: 30 minute mute.

 

Excessive use of capitalization in World_en / Staff_en

 

• Examples: 
  • Any excessive use of capitalization repeatedly.

• Punishments:
  • First Offense: A channel kick.
  • Second Offense: 10 minutes mute.
  • Third Offense: A channel ban.
  • Fourth Offense: 2 days account suspension. (Extreme cases).

 

Spamming & Flooding in World_en / Staff_en

 

• Examples: 
  • Anyone sending the same message in a lot of sums.
  • Anyone attempting to flood the chat so it's not readable.

Abusing any moderators rights

 

• Punishments:
  • First Offense: Warning.
  • Second Offense: Channel rights will be removed and A channel ban.
