Posted January 8, 2020 Greetings @momo222, I recommend making an in-game ticket, Game Masters will assist you from there. Also, keep in mind that receiving a reply might take a while since Game Masters deal with hundreds of tickets daily, so please be patient. (Any error such as "Error creating/updating your ticket" uppon submitting an in-game ticket is just a visual bug, ignore it, your ticket will be sent) Kind Regards, Forum Moderator Miolaro.
