Description: 

I would like to have the cooldown timer for joining the random dungeon finder removed. it serves no purpose. people that leave the group still get the 30 minute diserter buff but there is no point to the timer to make you wait to join another group. many times other party members quit and leave you alone and you have to wait 15 minutes to START to find another party when on this server it already takes 40+ minutes in the queue to get one.  oh and then there are those trolls that get the leader of the party and disband it to be funny.

the 15 minute timer is just pointless. there is no use for it as there is no such thing as stealth parties that skip trash and just go to the end boss for the random dungeons. you don't even have it for mythic cause there is no random mythic dungeon finder so again pointless to have it.
