400 Balance Druid LF English speaking raiding guild( horde/alliance )

Hello,

I'm a 400 ilvl balance druid (43 Traits almost )who is looking for a guild. I'm quite active with doing m+ keystones and I'm a reliable person for raiding. I get used to mechanics pretty quickly. DPS on pulli can reach 42k and then goes down to 19/20k. In terms of raid times : I'm free to raid after 18:00 Server Time. FACTION DOESN'T MATTER. I'M CURRENTLY HORDE BUT I CAN CHANGE TO ALLIANCE AS WELL.
