New to the Guldan WOD server. Only lvl 23 at the time of the creation of this forum post but would like to join a dungeon/raiding guild

If you speak english there's only one guild to be in.  Guardians.
Speak aloud on world_en and someone can ginvite you.  The server core players are all centralized in one place.  I am your host and raid leader, ol Shaman Tank <3
